LOYAL LAND COMPANY PARTNERS WITH APEX SIPS AND AMERICAN STRONGHOLD EARTH ANCHORS:

Loyal Land Company has entered into a groundbreaking partnership with American Stronghold and Apex Sips, aiming to address the rising demand for affordable, energy-efficient housing. This collaboration promises to deliver homes that are not only faster to build but also stronger and healthier for occupants.

By utilizing helical piles, the partnership will significantly reduce the carbon footprint of each home. Additionally, the implementation of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) will speed up construction times while ensuring a tighter, more energy-efficient building envelope.

Together, these innovations will provide families with homes that are sustainable, resilient, and built to last, offering a modern alternative to traditional housing. The joint effort marks a major step forward in addressing both affordability and environmental sustainability in the housing market.

EXPANDING OUR FOOT PRINT

As part of this initiative, Loyal Land Company is expanding its operations by adding 10,000 square feet to its existing 9,000-square-foot facility. This expansion will accommodate a new SIPs lamination line in Tulsa, Oklahoma, enhancing the company’s ability to produce high-quality Structural Insulated Panels. The additional capacity will streamline production and meet the increasing demand for sustainable building materials.
